Concrete Garden Path Auckland provides concrete pathway design, installation, and related outdoor construction services to residential and commercial clients throughout Auckland. All work is carried out by qualified, experienced tradespeople using premium-grade materials.
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those assessed at the time of quoting.
A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Overdue invoices may incur interest at 2% per month.
All installations carried out by Concrete Garden Path Auckland are backed by our workmanship guarantee. We will rectify any defects arising from our work at no charge, provided the issue is reported within 12 months of project completion and is not caused by third-party interference, ground movement, or misuse.
Concrete Garden Path Auckland’s liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from our services. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure underground services (pipes, cables, irrigation) are identified and marked prior to commencement of work.
Cancellations made more than 5 business days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 5 business days may forfeit the deposit to cover mobilisation costs already incurred.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing formal legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
